I know that Bluetooth 3.0 will be backwards compatible, but what does that mean for my current Bluetooth enabled devices? they won't benefit from the new improvements since they are based on the old chip? so basically, if i want i want to get rid of the .5 second lag in my headphones, i'm gonna have to buy new headphones?

Toby,

The specs are located on the Bluetooth SIG website (http://www.bluetooth.org) and you need to be a member of the SIG to view the docs.
